Your mission

Planning
As an Agile Project Manager, you plan sprints according to SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.

Aligning 
In the role of Product Owner, you coordinate work packages with end users and document them as backlog items. You always keep dependencies with other teams in mind.

Deciding
Together with the end users, you determine the packages with the highest value and set the planning for the respective sprints.

Presenting
You present successes and work results to stakeholders.

Motivating
As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, you advance the implementation of agile methodologies in the client environment and motivate your teams as well as the entire organization.

Monitoring
You always keep the sprint and project goals in focus and know your KPIs to provide informed updates to stakeholders.

Your profile

On optimal results, always keeping time and quality in mind.

Experience
Methodological know-how in both traditional project management and agile environments, as well as experience in leading teams.

Communication Skills
Persuasive with all project participants, with strong integration and conflict resolution abilities.
