Software Tester/Test Manager (m/w/d)

Shaping
Contributing to demanding client projects with a focus on quality assurance and testing throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Structuring and managing test activities as well as organizing test case creation within the team.

Developing Solutions
Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into well-designed test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.
Executing software tests across various test levels – both manual and automated.
Evaluating test results and deriving well-founded recommendations to improve software quality.

Establishing Automation
Designing, developing, and continuously enhancing automated tests using common test automation tools.
Supporting the implementation of sustainable test automation solutions and integrating them into existing development processes.
Contributing your own ideas to increase efficiency and scalability of test processes.

Driving Quality
Ensuring a high level of quality through structured approaches, appropriate methodologies, and the use of proven best practices.
Continuously refining testing approaches within the project context.

Advisory Perspective
Advising our clients and internal project teams on all aspects of testing and quality assurance.
Bringing in your expertise and actively shaping solution approaches.

Taking Ownership

Experience in Testing
Solid experience in manual software testing across different test levels.
Hands-on experience in test automation and working with common tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
Strong understanding of software development processes and quality assurance.

Tool and Methodological Expertise
Experience with test management and test automation tools.
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

Work Style
Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to work.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team orientation.
